Every child who has a membership in the Forum Sports Club can attend different age-appropriate training sessions and spend time in the kid's club.
MUAY-THAI
Muay Thai training not only develops physical health and self-defense, but also promotes important life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and communication with others.

TABLE TENNIS
Not only table tennis is a great way to stay fit, but it also promotes psychological well-being and important social skills.

At Junior fit training, children perform exercises that improve posture, maintain physical health, and strengthen concentration, during games with special equipment.

SWIMMING
Swimming is a valuable skill that any child can learn, it is an interesting and inspiring sport that encourages children to achieve personal goals and develop teamwork skills.

SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN OF DIFFERENT AGES
BEGINNER GROUPS
6 – 10 y/o and 7-12 y/o children who have basic knowledge of swimming.
Swimming improves body balance and relieves tension. Parents notice that children’s appetite improves, immunity strengthens. By regularly attending swimming increases child’s endurance improves posture.
ADVANCED GROUPS
10-14 y/o children who are able to swim 500 m. without aids.
We teach not only the basic 4 ways of swimming: breaststroke, freestyle, crawl, dolphin. We also teach how to jump into the water, to pull an object from the bottom, to dive in the water.
JUNIOR GROUP
5-7 y/o children whom we will teach not to be afraid of water, we will give them basic knowledge of swimming.
The child will learn basic movements and breathing techniques. An adult accompanying the child must also have a membership in the sports club.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
IMPORTANT: Registration for swimming lessons is confirmed only for children who purchase at least 9 months membership (September-May)
