Qualifications and Major Achievements
In addition to fitness, I am a certified lifestyle coach who focuses on the four main components of wellness: nutrition, movement, intellectual development, and rest. My goal is to help clients balance these elements so they feel good both physically and emotionally.
- Personal, group and remote training trainer: I have been conducting training since 2016, adapting it to the needs of a modern person.
- Fat Burning, Weight Management and Body Sculpting: I specialize in fat burning, weight management and body sculpting programs to help clients achieve a harmonious body image.
- Individual approach in group training: In group training, I always try to approach each participant and correct the movements. Although many people have similar problems, everyone is unique, so I tailor exercises to the individual, whether the client is a beginner or an advanced. I adjust the difficulty of the exercises through the weights and the method of performance, aiming for everyone to get the maximum result.
- Continuous improvement: I regularly attend seminars and trainings to deepen my knowledge and apply the latest training methods for the benefit of my clients.
