Pregnancy is a special time in every woman’s life — a time to care not only for your own well-being but also to create the best possible environment for your growing baby.
Our fitness club offers specially designed workouts for pregnant women to help you stay active, feel strong, and prepare for childbirth.

Why choose our workouts?

Safety and professionalism — classes are led by highly experienced specialists who ensure every exercise is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and personal needs.

💦 Water workouts (2 times per week) — water reduces joint strain, helps you relax, improves circulation, and eases back pain.

💪 Gym exercises (1 time per week) — gentle stretching and body-strengthening exercises help prevent muscle tension, improve mobility, and boost overall well-being.

🌿 Improved emotional well-being — regular physical activity during pregnancy helps reduce stress, improves mood, and increases energy.

🤰 Preparation for childbirth — stronger muscles, improved flexibility, and proper breathing contribute to a smoother and easier birth process.

👭 Supportive community — meet other expectant mothers, share experiences, and find motivation to stay active.

📅 Classes take place 3 times a week:

  • Mondays and Fridays — in the pool at 12:30 PM
  • Wednesdays — in the gym at 2:00 PM

Pregnancy membership fee for summer period — €85/month
Membership is valid on weekdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can join group classes for pregnant women or attend individually.
