Qualifications and Major Achievements

Karolis has obtained the sports’ instructor’s license after completing studies at the Lithuanian Sports University’s Center of Continued Studies. He has participated in a number of bodybuilding and fitness competitions, in 2013 he won the 1st place at Vilnius Championships and the 2nd place at the Lithuanian bodybuilding and fitness championship. He has also successfully participated in Lithuanian strongmen competitions, power triathlons, and bodybuilding and fitness contests. From 2011 he has been one of the judges of the IFBB. Every year he participates in championships organized by the federation and in cup competitions as well as in judge and instructor’s trainings.

Service package For Children

Children up to 14 years old may visit the sports club only under the supervision of parents or persons authorized by them, who are responsible for the care and safety of children. The accompanying person must have a sports club membership or use a single visit.

During the training, the instructor supervises only the children participating in the training and only during the training.

Vaikai iki 14 m. lankytis sporto klube gali tik prižiūrimi tėvų ar jų įgaliotų asmenų, kurie atsako už vaikų priežiūrą ir saugumą. Lydintis asmuo turi turėti narystę sporto klube arba naudotis vienkartiniu apsilankymu.

Treniruočių metu instruktorius prižiūri tik treniruotėje dalyvaujančius vaikus ir tik treniruotės metu.
